Enjoy excellent cuisine comprising the freshest local produce and the unique flavours of mainstream and traditional recipes by our in-house chefs.  The Village House menu carries a well balanced mix of local flavours such as our popular Beef Rendang, Sarawak Laksa, Seafood Assam Pedas as well as western favourites such as Pasta, Steak, Fish & Chips, Sandwiches and more.

The Taste of Borneo is The Village House’s version of a culinary degustation experience.  This celebration of our local cuisine is adapted from some of the best-loved recipes with each of the 8 courses presented beautifully.  Ranging from slow fired meats in bamboo tubes to charcoal grilled seafood to blanched fern-tops and tapioca leaf, this interesting mix of flavours will excite every palate.

The Village House chefs will be delighted to take on any special requests subject to availability of the produce requested.
